Job Summary

Test Architect to design, implement, and oversee test strategies, frameworks, and solutions across multiple projects. The Test Architect will define the overall testing approach, ensure quality standards, mentor QA teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable software systems. Should have solid knowledge and experience in banking, financial domain and FOREX trading.

Responsibilities

- Test Architect to design, implement, and oversee test strategies, frameworks, and solutions across multiple projects.
- The Test Architect will define the overall testing approach, ensure quality standards, mentor QA teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable software systems.
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in banking, financial domain and FOREX trading.

Requirements

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Test Architecture with handling of 3 to 4 complex annual releases.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banking and financial services (BFSI) domain.
- Experience in define and establish test architecture, strategies, and frameworks for enterprise-level applications "running in an on-prem data center" and cloud platform.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and automation frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable test automation solutions for functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Establish best practices for test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.




- Review and improve testing requirements, test documentation, coverage, and traceability.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools and performance testing tools
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and Business Test strategy and Detailed Test Plan designing.
- Experience in RTGS application integration testing with Core banking systems (SWIFT, FED (PayPlus) and SIC (GMPlus) RTGS applications and RTGS message testing)
- Should have knowledge in security testing NIDS, HIDS monitoring and Cryptographic Settings, Access Controls, Identification and Authentication, Security Alerting and Audit Controls, Security Standards and Design Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Service Management and maintenance tools (IWS , CRaaS, RO tools,Tivoli Monitoring Framework or ScienceLogic, Netcool, Defect Management tools)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
