At least one Salesforce Architect certification (Application Architect, System Architect, B2C/B2B Commerce Architect, or CTA) MANDATORY.

- Deep hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong Apex development skills: Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs.
- Extensive integration experience: REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and MuleSoft.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) proficiency including async/await, Promises, and modern patterns.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL/SOSL, and governor limits.
- Expertise in Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and FLS.
- Hands-on Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Copado, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to mentor development teams and enforce technical governance.
- Experience conducting architecture assessments, code reviews, and POC engagements.
- Awareness of Salesforce tri-annual release cycles and ability to evaluate recent platform capabilities.
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.




- Lead architecture discussions and technical direction across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
- Design scalable, maintainable LWC components and Apex services.
- Architect integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guardrails for the delivery team
- Review code quality, data models, security configurations, and technical implementations.
- Drive Salesforce DevOps practices including Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce security best practices are implemented across all deliverables.
- Evaluate Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party tools for fit and risk.
- Lead POC exercises to validate architectural decisions and platform capabilities.
- Conduct capacity planning, governor limit analysis, and performance optimisation.
- Maintain architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and decision logs.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to Salesforce developers.
- Manage technical debt and drive platform modernisation initiatives.
- Contribute to release management strategy and environment management planning.
- Facilitate cross-functional technical workshops and architecture review sessions.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform roadmap and emerging ISV solutions.
