Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Professional to identify new market opportunities, cultivate long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end client acquisitionfrom initial prospecting and solution presentations to closing deals. If you have a passion for concept selling and a target-driven mindset, this is an excellent opportunity for rapid career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

- Research and map potential corporate clients, enterprises, and high-growth companies with active staffing and hiring requirements.
- Prospect via cold outreach, LinkedIn social selling, professional networks, industry referrals, and targeted email campaigns.




- Qualify hiring mandates and build a consistent pipeline of enterprise and prospective accounts.
- Initiate and lead discussions with Key Decision-Makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Directors, CXOs, and Business Leaders).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years of experience in client development in concept sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
