Job Title: Lead Third Party Products (Mutual Funds)

Role Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Third Party Products (Mutual Funds) business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving Mutual Fund advisory, client acquisition, portfolio management, investment research, and business development to achieve sustainable AUM growth while delivering superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with HNI, UHNI, Retail, and Corporate clients by providing comprehensive Mutual Fund investment advisory.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and expansion of Mutual Fund Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Own and deliver annual AUM growth targets and other business objectives assigned by the management.
- Provide personalized investment recommendations based on clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and market outlook.
- Conduct in-depth Mutual Fund research, market analysis, and portfolio reviews to recommend suitable investment strategies and asset allocation.
- Continuously monitor client portfolios and recommend timely portfolio rebalancing to optimize investment performance.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across investment products such as PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Insurance.
- Prepare investment proposals,



portfolio review reports, and high-quality client presentations.
- Work closely with Sales, Research, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless client servicing and execution.
- Ensure complete compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal regulatory guidelines.
- Track business performance, client satisfaction, and portfolio growth through periodic MIS and performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8 plus years of experience in Mutual Fund advisory, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Solid understanding of Mutual Funds, financial markets, and investment products.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing Mutual Fund AUM.
- Excellent client relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and portfolio management capabilities.
- Ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable investment recommendations.
- Commercially driven with a strong business development and revenue generation mindset.
- Proficient in MS Excel and investment/portfolio management platforms.
- AMFI certification will be preferred.
