About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L3 Windows Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage a large-scale enterprise Windows environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, automation technologies, incident management, and infrastructure operations. This role requires participation in a 24x7 support model and ownership of critical enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and support large-scale Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Provide L3 support for critical incidents, major outages, and P1/P2 escalations.
- Administer and troubleshoot:
- Active Directory (AD)
- DNS
- Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Windows Server Infrastructure

- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using:

- PowerShell
- Ansible
- Terraform

- Plan and execute:

- Security patching
- Vulnerability remediation




- Compliance activities

- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability.
- Participate in war-room calls and engage with business and technical stakeholders during critical incidents.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM processes including:

- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Request Management

- Drive infrastructure optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
