Shift: 12 PM- 9 PM

Role & responsibilities

- Counsel students & parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, chats & emails
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Assist students in application & documentation process
- Resolve queries and build trust to improve conversion rate
- Maintain data and track interactions on CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline
- 15 years experience in counseling / sales / customer handling
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented with a result-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
