Daily Accounting: Manage end-to-end daily accounting operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial ledgers.

- Account Finalization: Independently perform month-end and year-end closing processes and account finalizations.
- Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track incoming payments, manage vendor bills, and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding dues.
- Tax Compliance Knowledge: Apply a solid understanding of Income Tax and GST regulations to ensure daily accounting entries are compliant.

(Note: Direct GST/Income Tax return filing is not required, but foundational knowledge is necessary to support the auditing/filing team.)

- Reporting: profit & loss statements, and balance sheets as requested by management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain highly organized digital and physical financial records and files.
- Channel Partner Payments: Process, track, and reconcile channel partner payments, ensuring timely disbursements and maintaining accurate payment records.
