Sales Manager Agency Channel (Motor Insurance) – 3–12 Years – Noida

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth through the Agency Channel by managing dealership relationships and expanding the Motor Insurance portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in General Insurance sales, dealer relationship management, and business development, with a strong focus on Private Car and Commercial Vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

1. Drive premium growth through the Agency Channel by managing relationships with Private Car and Commercial Vehicle dealerships.
2. Build and strengthen partnerships with dealership owners, dealer principals, F&I; managers, and sales teams to maximize business opportunities.
3. Generate new business while improving policy conversions, renewals, insurance penetration, and profitability across assigned dealership networks.
4. Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure timely quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and superior customer service.
5. Conduct dealer engagement programs, monitor market trends and dealership performance, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

1. Graduate with 3+ years of experience in General Insurance Sales.
2. Prior experience in the Agency Channel is mandatory with expertise in Motor Insurance.
3. Hands-on experience in managing Private Car and/or Commercial Vehicle dealership relationships.
4. Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
5.



Proven track record of achieving sales targets with consistently strong performance ratings and a customer-centric approach.
