Role Summary :

The Merchandiser / Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of sample development, production planning, approvals, and order follow-ups. This role acts as a communication bridge between internal departments, vendors, and buyers while maintaining accurate production and execution timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with various departments for approval of Samples, fabric, trims and packaging materials
- Guidance to maintain customer wise Production status Files and production follow-up with plant merchant
- Handling buyer portals
- Initiate (Time & Action) TNA Calendar preparation after receiving order confirmation
- TRF making, samples arrangement.
- Prepare TNA Calendar based on process capacity and order quantity
- Order status follow-up and order sheet maintain
- Follow TNA Calendar daily basis and enter actual date of completion of a particular task as per business need.

Technical Competencies :

Product Knowledge: Understanding of the product range, features, and advantages to effectively manage and promote merchandise.

Vendor Management: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.

Planning & Forecasting: Proficiency in predicting future sales trends and planning inventory accordingly to meet market demand.

Cost Optimization: Skills in managing and reducing costs while maintaining product quality and profitability.
