Worked on IT requirements only.

Experience in Handling end to end IT recruitment.

Worked on C2H hiring as well as Permanent positions.

Expertise in screening the profiles as per the client requirement or Job details.

Should have handled CTC negotiation at the candidates' end.

Major experience in Infrastructure requirements, technical requirements and worked on niche skills. Not only Vanilla skills.

Worked mostly with Multi-National Companies as client.

Flexible with the work timings.

Available on weekends from office or from Home only if needed/ required.

Expertise in negotiating CTC with the candidates.

Full enthusiast with revenue generation and head counts.

A good team player.
