We're looking for a passionate pediatric Occupational Therapist to become one of our founding team members and help build a premium child development centre from the ground up.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Pediatric OT) to join our team.

As a Pediatric OT, you will play a crucial role in helping children with developmental and physical challenges achieve their full potential.

In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to children of all ages.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Pediatric OT) Responsibilities & Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children's strengths, weaknesses and abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to children of all ages
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and teachers to coordinate care
- Document progress and communicate with families and other healthcare professionals
- Stay current with the latest developments in pediatric occupational therapy

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience working with children in a therapeutic setting.




- Certification in sensory integration therapy or other specialized pediatric therapies.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with children and their families.
- Ability to create engaging and effective treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and common childhood disorders.
- Experience working in a school or educational environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Licensed to practice as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for helping children and their families

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelors/masters in Occupational therapy/ pediatric physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Valid RCI registration

Preferred

- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
