Role & responsibilities

- Proven experience in shopping malls, retail projects, schools, hospitals, industrial buildings, hotels, and corporate offices.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.
- Supervise site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure timely completion within budget and approved quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, billing, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and clients.
- Monitor RCC, structural, finishing, faade, waterproofing, and interior works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, quantity surveying, estimation, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
