Job Description:

Review of Purchase requisitions (Indent)

Preparation of Comparison (at least 3 quotes)

Purchase order

Follow-up for the material

Ensuring Delivery of Material along with Proper documentation Vendor’s Bill

Management for Accounts

Preparing various reports pertaining to Purchase and its timely submission

Reporting any incident observed pertaining to breach of information security to

immediate supervisor / functional head.

Knowledge of ERP software & Microsoft Office

Management of Vendors & Purchase activities

Valuable Negotiation Skill and interpersonal skill

Excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

Work accurately with close attention to detail.

Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality and accuracy.

Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets.
