About the Job Position:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced skilled to manage retail leasing and operations for WestAM Village, our experiential retail destination.
- In this role, you will oversee all leasing activities, manage relationships with tenants, and ensure the smooth operation of the retail spaces within this landmark development.
- Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities:

- Tenant Mix & Zoning
- Prepare tenant mix and zoning strategies in line with the developer's vision, ensuring a balance of premium brands, F&B; outlets, entertainment, and other offerings.
- Curate the brand mix based on market trends, brand pull, and developer aspirations to create a cohesive and attractive retail environment.
- Tenant Acquisition and Management
- Identify potential tenants and manage the entire leasing cycle, from initial outreach to lease negotiations.
- Effectively market retail spaces to attract the right brands, ensuring tenant satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Lease Negotiation
- Negotiate commercial terms, including rent, revenue sharing, lease duration, renewal options, and other provisions to create win-win agreements for both tenants and the developer.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail groups, brands, IPCs, channel partners, and other stakeholders across India.
- Act as the point of contact for major stakeholders, ensuring positive and collaborative relationships.
- Property Management Collaboration




- Work closely with property management team to ensure leased spaces are well-maintained, addressing any tenant concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and assess demand for retail space in different locations.
- Set rental rates, identify growth opportunities, and adjust leasing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Financial Performance
- Be responsible for the financial performance of the retail spaces, ensuring revenue and occupany targets are met and operational costs are controlled.
- Marketing, Promotion & Events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available retail spaces through campaigns, community events and enangements, and property tours.
- Utilize online platforms and other channels to reach potential tenants and elevate the visibility of West AM Village.
