Job Description
- Experience in Automotive BIW Upper Body design and development.
- Knowledge of Roof, Side Body, Pillar, Roof Rail, Header Rail, Cross Members, and Body Structure components.
- Hands-on experience in CATIA V5 for 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting.
- Solid knowledge of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, spot welding, and joining methods.
- Experience in product development, design release, and engineering change management.
- Coordination with CAE, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
- Knowledge of automotive standards and OEM development lifecycle.
- Experience in Teamcenter/PLM tools preferred.
