What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Statutory process of generating source data and performing required analysis to support indirect periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) tax filings, based on the clients and will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions interpretation of statutory and tax requirements.
This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.

What are we looking for
Education- BCOM/MCOM/ CMA- Inter/ CA- Inter
ERP / any certification required- SAP / SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine or reconciliation tools
Commerce graduate with 5+ years of experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting
Exposure to Retail industry processes and operations is desirable and will be considered an added advantage
Strong RTR knowledge covering GL reconciliations, fixed assets,



financial accounting, intercompany processes, consolidation support and month-end / quarter-end / year-end close
Experience in journal processing, day-to-day reconciliations, review sign-off, variance analysis and management reporting
Ability to coordinate workload allocation, perform quality checks and track SLA/KPI performance
Effective stakeholder management, reporting, query resolution and internal control adherence
Transition support, continuous improvement and business transformation experience

SAP / BlackLine working experience
People handling and team coordination skills
Solid analytical and presentation skills
Advanced Excel / Access / reporting query exposure
Automation / mini-bot / process improvement exposure

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

- Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture

- You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management

- You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
