Position Title- Regional Manager

Reporting Authority VP Operations

Key Job Responsibilities of Regional Manager: Mumbai.

1. Regional Manager should understand all Contract terms and conditions and customer expectations at detailed level & responsible for taking ownership of outcomes

2. Regional Manager is responsible for Managing Revenue, Cost and Profit & Loss of business.

3. Regional Manager is responsible for defining and executing Operational Policies & Procedures across business.

4. Regional Manager is responsible for overall Operational activities related to Soft & Hard Services. i.e. Joining formalities of employees, KYC documents, Daily Attendance, Monthly Attendance submission for invoicing and Salaries, Issuing Salary Slips, Allotment of PF & ESIC numbers, Issuance of ESIC cards, UAN updation, Timely delivery of housekeeping material at site, Statutory compliance documentation on site, etc.

5. Regional Manager has to work as interface between Client & Ismart

6. Regional Manager has to continuously review market trends and update about market trends

7. Regional Manager is responsible for devising mechanism to quantify Customer satisfaction Index

Regional Manager has to establish standard performance score card to provide performance reports on Quality, Safety, Service delivery, and Customer Satisfaction

9. Regional Manager has to submit monthly performance Score Card to reporting authority by 7th of every month - in terms of operational efficiency and customer feedback.

10. Regional Manager has to take corrective and proactive actions to bring about required changes for betterment of work quality at sites of ISMART.

11. Regional Manager has to execute Training & Development activities for all sites employees.

12. Regional Manager has to periodically conduct business reviews with Customer to ensure alignment between expectations and delivery.

13. Regional Manager has to conduct performance review (quarterly) and goal settings with each employee under his direction.

14. Execute proper Reward & Recognition program for all site employees.

15. Regional Manager has to ensure proper Attendance capturing & Employee policies executed at site.

16. Regional Manager has to ensure correct invoicing and on time collections of dues.

17. Co-ordination with other departments.
