Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Build optimized data models (star schema, relationships, calculated tables) Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance best practices
- Optimize report performance and usability Integrate Power BI with SQL databases, APIs, and cloud data platforms Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards Lead BI best practices and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6-10+ years of BI development experience 4+ years hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power BI Power Query (M language) DAX (advanced level) Robust understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts Experience connecting to SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, etc.
- Experience with Power BI Service, gateways, deployment pipelines Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Preferred Experience with Microsoft Azure data services Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD for BI solutions Microsoft Power BI certification
