- We are looking for a skilled CAD Draftsman with 34 years of hands-on experience in architectural and interior drafting, particularly in international outsourcing projects (USA-based clients).
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in interior detailing (especially hospitality projects) and the ability to work on high-accuracy drawings and scan-to-CAD workflows.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for architectural and interior projects
- Work on hotel / hospitality interior projects with high precision and detailing
- Handle point cloud to CAD (scan-to-CAD) conversion workflows
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with design and project teams
- Lead and manage small-scale interior CAD projects independently
- Guide and support junior CAD team members
- Ensure drawings meet client standards and international requirements
Required Skills & Experience : -
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting
- Experience working on USA-based outsourcing projects (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of interior detailing (hospitality preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MEP coordination
- Experience in point cloud / scan-to-CAD workflows
- Positive communication and team coordination skills
