We are hiring a Presale Lead (Infra Service Delivery) for our Gurugram location.

Note: Only candidates with core presales experience in IT Infra delivery roles should apply. Others, please excuse.

Job Location: Gurugram (work from office)
Experience: 15- 20 Years

Education Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA (desirable)
Certification: ITIL Certification is desirable

Job Description:

- Designs, presents, demonstrates the enterprise architecture for their assigned IT Infrastructure domain(s), and provides technical consulting to medium and large enterprise and Govt. / PSU organizations.
- Required to understand customer requirements and provide consultation / design on the architecture and solution.
- To assist the account/sales team in preparing of solution document, proposals, BOM, Scope of work responses to RFQ/RFP.Be a technical lead on all major IT Infrastructure opportunities.
- Should have very good relationship with Oracle, HPE, NetApp, IBM, RHEL, OpenText, Hitachi, Dell and other OEMs
- Should have experience of handling a team of presales posted PAN-India
- Should have experience of extensive travelling
- Provide technical solutions in the area of Enterprise IT infrastructure solutions involving multiple OEMs like Oracle, HPE, IBM, NetApp, Hitachi, OpenText,DELL/EMC, RHEL etc and multiple technologies like HCI, Private Cloud, Data replication, Backup/recovery, Public Cloud Solutions like OCI / AWS / Azure etc
- To work closely with service delivery team to ensure clarity in scopes of work and services cost analysis.

Requirements:





- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology
- or equivalent.
- At least 10 year working experience in IT Infrastructure Presales/Solution design.
- Proven track record of technical selling, and/or designing networking and/or security solutions.
- Be result oriented and ensure the sales targets are met by working closely with sales team.
- Possess adequate techno-commercial skills in the area of Data Center Modernization - Server, Storage, HCI, Private Cloud, Backup/Recovery & Public Cloud Solutions AWS / Azure / OCI, etc.
- Positive product knowledge of Cisco, Oracle, HPE, DELL, IBM, Nutanix, Broadcom VMware, RHEL, OpenText, NetApp, Hitachi Vantara, AWS, Azure,etc.
- Handling existing customers and able to upsell solutions by demonstrating value to the customers.
- Should have excellent knowledge in creating Bill of Material, developing scope of work document and creating high level design document along with technical proposal writing skills.
- Good Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and VISIO.
- Technology Certification on Oracle, IBM, Hitachi Vantara, etc will be an advantage.
- Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude, team player.
