Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities and converting leads into projects for our design and build services. You will interact with potential clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with our design and technical teams, and guide the client through the complete sales process.

This role requires someone who understands Design & Build Construction sales and can confidently communicate project value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients for interior, exterior, and construction projects.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with architects, designers,



and engineers to propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Update lead status and maintain proper sales reporting and communication with the team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or design-build companies is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and project scope.
• Comfortable coordinating with design and technical teams.
• Self-driven and capable of managing leads independently.
