Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with experience in Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or Sales)
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Weekly Off)
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our Interior & Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, coordinating client meetings, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Review, follow, and improve the existing calling script to maximize lead conversions.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements related to interior design and construction projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the sales/business development team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.




- Explain the company's interior and construction services to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Track lead status and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting generated leads and collecting customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and appointment booking targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Real Estate, Interior, or Construction.
- Good communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
