We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects for our Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience managing end-to-end software delivery in regulated healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domains.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, QA, and client leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Manage project financials, resource utilization, and budget tracking.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SDLC processes, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare project status reports,



dashboards, executive presentations, and steering committee updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Foster continuous improvement through process optimization and delivery excellence.

Required Skills

- Strong Project Management experience with large-scale enterprise applications.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Project planning, estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
- Stakeholder & Client Management.
- Vendor and Cross-functional Team Management.
- Resource Planning and Capacity Management.
- SDLC and Software Delivery Lifecycle.
- JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
