- Ensure smooth operation of Box Office, Concession, Ushers, Housekeeping, and Security.
- Monitor all cinema shows to ensure they start and end on time.
- Conduct pre-opening and closing inspections.
- Ensure auditoriums are clean and ready before every show.
- Monitor projection, sound, and air conditioning, and report technical issues immediately.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
