Location: Pune (Candidates open to flexible working hours preferred)+ Remote

Shift timing : 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST including 1 hour break

1. This is a pure outbound hunting role focused on international markets including North America and Europe

2. We are looking for a highly proactive and driven outbound sales professional who can independently build and generate pipeline without constant supervision

3. This role demands high ownership strong execution and consistency in daily outreach activities

4. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling market research and engaging senior decision makers across global markets

********** Must-Haves **********

1. 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in outbound sales SDR or BDR roles 2. Robust experience in cold calling cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach 3. Ability to conduct market research market mapping and account mapping

4. Experience using tools like RocketReach, LinkedIn or similar platforms for prospecting

5. Excellent spoken and written English with ability to engage global audiences

6. Confidence in speaking with CXO founders and senior stakeholders

7. High ownership mindset and ability to work independently

8. Comfortable working in flexible timings covering US and European markets

9. Consistency in daily outreach activities and pipeline building

10. Willingness to work in a performance driven environment with clear targets

1. Prior experience working on US or European markets

2. Experience in IT services consulting or B2B solution selling

3. Understanding of outbound sales metrics and conversion tracking

1. Driving outbound prospecting through calls emails and LinkedIn outreach 2. Conducting market research and identifying high potential target accounts 3. Initiating conversations understanding business needs and scheduling meetings 6. Tracking outreach metrics and improving conversion rates 7. Working closely with leadership on pipeline and revenue generation 8. Consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation targets
