Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, escalating when necessary, and following up on outstanding matters.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and offering personalized service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling real estate services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of Client Success principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team setting.
