Position Overview:

This role is designed for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in Data Engineering, Modernization, and Delivery across global enterprise environments.

The position typically spans Delivering large Data Transformation Programs, with a strong emphasis on technical depth, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership.

- Robust delivery experience of multiple large Complex Data Projects (for Fortune 500 clients) including Client management, internal Stakeholder management, end-to-end Financial management (P&L; accountability) involving cloud data platforms and technologies from the likes of Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud Technologies (Azure/ AWS/ GCP), Teradata, Hadoop etc.

- Good experience with Data landscape and data life cycle, Modern Data Architectures like Data Lake/ Mesh/ Fabric, Products, Data Ops, Observability and Data migration.

- Experiences around AI/ Agentic AI/ Gen AI

- Credentials in capability building in Data & AI domain, POVs,



whitepapers etc. Experience as a Thought Leader.

- Established track record in helping sales team in developing, positioning, presenting/defending and helping in selling Data & Analytics solutions to global clients.

Required Skillset:

- Strong experience in large-scale Data Delivery, Cloud Technologies and Data Architectures. Proven track record in managing Complex Delivery Programs across Data Modernization/Transformation/Engg for Fortune 500 clients.

- Experience in AI/ Agentic AI, and its application in delivery lifecycle and productivity acceleration

- Demonstrated leadership in capability building and ecosystem engagement

- Fast learner, flexible, industry leader/brand in existing organization in data space, great articulation and interpersonal skills, ability to represent the organization externally

Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree; Masters preferred
