Experience:

- Minimum 7 years to 12 years of progressive experience in Finance, with significant exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and Manufacturing Industry
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business partnering, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting processes.
- Drive monthly financial performance reviews and provide actionable insights to business leadership.
- Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
- Conduct profitability, pricing, product, and customer analyses to support business growth.
- Prepare management presentations and executive reports for leadership reviews.
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Support business cases, investment evaluations,



and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial integrity, and process improvements across FP&A; activities.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A; team while promoting a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business models and industry dynamics.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
