Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and other sales strategies to meet targets.
- Develop robust relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or direct sales.
- Strong communication skills for effective outbound calling and cold calling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily targets.
