- Controlling of statutory books of accounts of the company and monitoring of day-to-day transactions.
- Finalization and review of financial statements and ensure compliance of accounting standards.
- Cash flow management
- Compliance for Bank facilities in terms of working capital & Term loan facilities
- Budgeting & Controlling
- Financial reporting
- Credit control and Forex management
- Compliance related to statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.
- Direct & Indirect Tax compliance and ensuring timely preparation and filing of periodic Returns.
- Lodgment & monitoring of claims under RIPS
