THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

You are second-in-command of the Operations function. You set the agenda, build the leaders, and own the outcomes by which the function is measured.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Operations strategy translate company strategy into a multi-year Operations roadmap with clear milestones

Leadership build develop GMs and DGMs as the next generation of operational leaders

Function-wide P&L; — own the consolidated Operations margin across regions and segments

Technology and systems — push productivity, automation, dashboards, and AI-led discipline into delivery

Senior client ownership — direct relationship with the top 5–10 enterprise accounts of the firm

Cross-functional council — equal voice with Heads of Design, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain





Talent strategy — own senior hiring, performance management, and succession across the function

Governance and risk — operational, regulatory, safety, and financial discipline at the function level

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must-Haves

8+ years of strategic Operations leadership specifically in Commercial Design & Build (STRICT)

Has owned a function-wide or multi-region delivery P&L;

Has built and retained a senior leadership bench at the GM and DGM layer

Solid strategic discipline — translates direction into measurable execution

Sophisticated boardroom presence and senior client management

Demonstrated capacity to drive organisational change at scale

Good to Have

MBA from a premier institute

International exposure (UAE, South-East Asia, or Middle East delivery)

Public-company governance familiarity

Track record of leading enterprise technology or AI transformation in delivery
