Job Description Analyst (BGV)

- Location: Chandigarh
- Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:00 AM 6:00 PM)
- Open Positions: 1
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
- Department: HR Operations Background Verification -HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Coordinator roles, with basic exposure to BGV processes such as vendor coordination, initiating checks, and understanding BGV codes.
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Cab facility Provided: No (Since its a Day Shift)

Role Overview

1. Key Responsibilities

- Perform employment, education, address, and identity verification checks.
- Contact candidates and third-party agencies to collect required information and documents.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of verifications.
- Review verification reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records and update verification status in internal systems.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Prepare and share verification status reports with stakeholders.

2. Required Skills





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fresher with interest in HR Operations / BGV OR
- Up to 6 months of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Executive, HR Coordinator, Recruitment Support, Onboarding, or Background Verification.
- Basic understanding of BGV codes, vendor coordination, and case initiation will be an added advantage.

- Freshers welcome with strong communication skills and basic HR knowledge.
- Must be detailoriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a compliancedriven workplace.
- Should be willing to work in a day shift (10 AM 6 PM).
