Role & responsibilities

- Manage assigned brands and product portfolio independently

- Drive top-line growth, market share, and profitability

- Plan and execute brand campaigns and promotional strategies

- Coordinate with creative agencies for campaign development

- Ensure timely rollout of promotional inputs and field activities

- Conduct market analysis, sales forecasting, and competitor tracking

- Monitor ROI and optimize brand performance

- Prepare and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Support recent product launches and feasibility studies

- Conduct field visits to gather market and customer insights

- Collaborate with sales, medical, training, supply chain, and finance

- Motivate and engage the sales team

- Mentor and guide Medical Representatives

- Manage key accounts and KOL relationships

- Lead divisional initiatives impacting overall business growth

Preferred candidate profile

- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- General Medicines, Cardio, or Diabetic
- Experience in pharma company
