Preferred candidate profile

- Positive verbal / written communication skills (language specific proficiency in English)
- Should be able to respond to requests via mail, fax and email
- Good typing speed minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Good Analytical skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Healthcare industry Policy administration
- Flexibility to work on 24*7 shift
- 5 day working, rotational weekly offs

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidate must possess either a Voter ID or Passport, as it is mandatory for the BGV process.
- Highest qualification should be HSC (12th Pass) with all relevant documents and mark sheets available.
- Candidates who are currently pursuing regular undergraduate courses will not be considered.
- Good communication skills are mandatory.

Work Details-

- Process: Non-Voice Healthcare Process
- Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift)
- Work Schedule: 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
- Transportation: One-way transport facility will be provided, subject to cab boundary eligibility
- Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week, if required based on business needs.
