- Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

- Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
