Role & responsibilities

* Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.

* Prepare, review, and update architectural working drawings and detailed drawings.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.

* Conduct regular site visits and monitor architectural works as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Check the quality and execution of architectural finishes and ensure compliance with design requirements.

* Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.

* Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and coordinate for necessary resolutions.

* Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues at site.

* Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, site observations, and project documentation.

* Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of architectural works.

* Attend site meetings and provide updates on the progress of architectural works.
