Job Responsibilities

Must have

- 3+ years of experience as an investment data/business analyst with experience in SQL and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with web scraping.
- Advanced SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for data.
- Knowledge of project management tools is highly desirable
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end in distributed, fast- paced environments
- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines




- The profile involves effective communication across Clients facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must
- A desire to work in an international team setting, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders

Role Overview

- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst Web Scraping to work on client projects with a major US-based hedge fund recognized for its data-first investment approach. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality proprietary datasets that directly support investment decisions.
- You will own the request process end-to-end from understanding requirements and shaping solutions, to validating deliverables and enhancing data products. This role combines client interaction, technical data validation, and process innovation, offering visibility across multiple business functions.
