Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day commercial operations and ensure smooth execution of office commercial processes.
- Prepare and verify purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other commercial documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.
- Assist in vendor onboarding, documentation, and payment coordination.
- Reconcile purchase and sales-related documents with inventory and accounts records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and statutory requirements.




- Prepare MIS reports and maintain commercial data for management review.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Support inventory movement, stock transfers, and logistics coordination.
- Perform other commercial and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualification

- Minimum Graduation (Commerce or Business Administration preferred).

Experience

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, office administration, procurement, or supply chain processes.
