Job Summary

Arundhati Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the store. The ideal candidate should have strong jewellery retail experience, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to guide and mentor junior sales team members while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service

- Provide personalized assistance to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery collections effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Team Leadership
- Guide and support junior sales executives in achieving daily sales goals.
- Train new team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Lead by example in maintaining professionalism and service standards.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve team performance and customer experience.

Store Operations
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery products.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and visual appeal of the showroom.
- Assist in stock verification, inventory checks, and product handling.
- Ensure proper tagging and accurate billing procedures.
- Follow all security and safety guidelines for handling high-value products.

Customer Relationship Management




- Maintain customer records and follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, exhibitions, and festive promotions.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to increase repeat purchases.

Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and jewellery retail standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with reporting managers.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company information.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Experience in gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery sales will be preferred.
