Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, balance sheets and P&L; statements.

2. Monthly closing, provisioning, reconciliation etc.

3. Develop annual company budgets, monitor spending variances and forecast future revenue and costs.

4. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and payroll and bank reconciliations.

5. Ensure full compliance with Income Tax laws, local tax laws, GST/TDS filings and manage internal or external statutory audits.

6. Finalising balance sheet as per IndAS.

7. Oversee plant economics, product costing models, inventory valuation and raw material consumption analysis.

8. Drive ERP implementations and digital finance integration across factory and corporate units.

9. Coordinate for CS related work.

10. Supervise, mentor and evaluate the finance and accounting team to improve performance.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must be Chartered Accountant(CA)
