Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner.
- Execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing activities.
- Analyze website and marketplace performance to improve sales and customer experience.
- Maintain product catalog accuracy and ensure timely stock updates.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.





Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Experience
- Relevant experience in e-commerce operations will be preferred.
