- Minimum Graduation

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Jewellery Industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive or department.
- Ensure every customer receives prompt and courteous assistance.
- Maintain customer waiting lists and manage visitor flow during peak hours.
- Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable shopping experience.
- Assist in handling customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Support promotional events, festive campaigns, and VIP customer visits.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth customer movement inside the showroom.




- Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to the management when required.
- Uphold the brand image through professional appearance and excellent etiquette.
