Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through direct channel sales, field sales, or referrals from existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients on various life insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by selling policies, increasing policy values, or generating leads.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in life insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of direct channel sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
