Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Review and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Present financial reports and management insights to leadership.

2. Accounts Operations Management

- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team across all accounting functions.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial records for accuracy.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Review tax filings, statutory returns, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding assessments, notices, and regulatory matters.
- Monitor changes in tax and regulatory frameworks and ensure organizational compliance.

4. Audit & Internal Controls

- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Strengthen financial governance, risk controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness at all times.

5. Budgeting, Planning & Financial Analysis

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances against actual performance.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Track profitability, cost structures, and operational efficiencies across business functions.

6. Treasury & Working Capital Management





- Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements.
- Oversee banking relationships, loan documentation, and fund management activities.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and liquidity positions.
- Support financing initiatives and capital allocation decisions.

7. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with procurement, operations, HR, sales, and management teams to support business objectives.
- Provide financial guidance for commercial decisions and business expansion initiatives.
- Act as a key finance partner to management in driving organizational performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and Statutory Compliance.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and applicable financial regulations.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, SAP, Advanced Excel, and MIS reporting.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Educational Qualifications

- CA / CMA (Preferred)
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Agriculture, Export, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, or Trading industries preferred.
- Proven experience in managing finance teams, audits, taxation, and financial reporting functions.
