Job Summary

Lead the research, formulation, development, and commercialization of creative skincare, haircare, personal care, and colour cosmetic products while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize cosmetic, skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations.
- Lead new product development from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct formulation trials, scale-up, technology transfer, and production support.
- Evaluate raw materials, packaging materials, and alternative ingredients.
- Prepare formulation documents, SOPs, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP,



ISO, and cosmetic regulations.
- Lead and mentor the R&D; team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualification

- M.Sc./B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Cosmetic R&D;/Formulation Development.
- Hands-on experience in colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
- Experience in product commercialization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
