- Coordinate the sale and auction of repossessed vehicles.
- Oversee yard management and vehicle stock maintenance.
- Maintain repossession records, MIS, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with branches, Head Office, legal, and collections teams.
- Ensure borrowers are given a final repayment prospect before auction.
- Handle borrower communication related to repossession activities.
- Ensure uniform repossession practices are followed across the assigned region.
- Monitor the security, compliance, and documentation of repossession cases.
- Track repossessed assets until their final disposal.
- Handle responsibilities across 23 states.
