Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at ALLPLAST, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge mechanical systems for our vertical plastic injection molding machines. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our machines meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical systems, including machine frames, platens, and moving parts
- Create detailed CAD models and drawings using software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
- Collaborate with our manufacturing team to ensure design for manufacturability
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation to optimize machine performance
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements

Requirements




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the plastics industry
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including kinematics and dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
