About the Role

Sama Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Interns who are eager to build a career in the insurance industry. This internship offers practical exposure to sales, customer interaction, lead generation, and business development while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify potential customer leads.
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and field visits (if required).
- Schedule customer meetings for the sales team.
- Explain basic insurance products and company services to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates (Any Graduate/MBA preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
