Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive O&M; Engineer to manage daily solar plant operations, monitor performance, support maintenance activities, and ensure smooth coordination with site teams for efficient plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily operation and maintenance activities at solar project sites.
- Monitor plant performance and ensure optimum energy generation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for work planning and execution.




- Maintain operational records, maintenance logs, and performance reports.
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are properly followed.
- Support troubleshooting and fault rectification activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate with the O&M; Manager for reporting and performance updates.
