Role & responsibilities:

- Lead automation engineering, product development, and machine automation architecture.
- Develop and standardize PLC, HMI, SCADA, control systems, and Industry 4.0/IIoT solutions.
- Design electrical panels, instrumentation systems, and machine interfaces.
- Drive automation projects from design to commissioning, ensuring successful FAT, SAT, installation, and execution.
- Develop advanced motion control, servo systems, industrial communication, and predictive maintenance solutions.
- Manage procurement, vendor development, and technical evaluation of automation components.
- Ensure manufacturing excellence through quality systems, process improvements, and zero-defect engineering.
- Provide customer support,



resolve technical issues, and enhance machine performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop automation, electronics, and service engineering teams.
